- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Royalty Rags items ship with FedEx and USPS and can ship to almost every country. We even have all you "jumper" junkies in the UK dialed into our shipping accounts.
- Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to APO addresses but we will have to use USPS to do so and cannot provide tracking information for these shipments.
- When will you ship my stuff?
Orders placed before 10 AM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. Boom shaka laka.
- Where do your items ship from?
All Royalty Rags merchandise ships from our warehouse in California.
- I did not receive an order/shipment confirmation email.
Royalty Rags’ Order and shipment confirmation emails are automatically sent once the order has been completed or the package has been shipped. These confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Sometimes the emails may end up in your Junk Folder. You may want to add RoyaltyRagsInc@gmail.com to your contacts list to ensure the email is delivered to your inbox. If you still cannot locate the order/shipment confirmation, or if you did not enter an email address while submitting an order, email RoyaltyRagsInc@gmail.com and we will be happy to provide that confirmation. .
- My order has shipped and I have received a shipping confirmation with tracking number, but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
- How long will it take a receive a refund?
Depending on when we receive the returned item(s), it generally takes about 1-2 business days for the warehouse to process the refund back to the method of payment used to place the order. Once the refund has been processed in our system, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit/debit card account.
